Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hawkes.bones@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

All items are ready to ship and are estimated to be sent out within 3 to 7 days of purchase. Tracking will be provided and sent to buyer upon shipment of the item.
